DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (1)

We are looking for a confident, highly organized Digital & Content-obsessed Coordinator who will support the entire Digital/Social team to deliver always-on content production and editorial storytelling across a variety of digital channels. You are a detail oriented, relationship driven individual who is passionate about digital content, social and the future of entertainment. You work well in a collaborative, fast paced environment, adept at balancing multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate digital content across multiple platforms.

Assist in managing the process and flow of content submissions to be evaluated as potential acquisitions

Constantly interface with prospective content partners regarding materials delivery, contracts, payments

Interface with departments to coordinate information sharing and address incoming requests

Track schedules and key dates for delivery, payments, start dates, options, etc.

Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary or assigned

DIGITAL MEDIA ADMIN (1)

Assist in the management and coordination of digital content

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR (1)

Outstanding understanding of social media platforms and comfort in repurposing content across all of those platforms.

Social platforms analytics tools knowledge.

Specific skills in creative editing and translation of content, content repurposing and strategic posting.

Strong visual eye for designing and creating graphics in Canva; applicable to promo graphics, social media posts and eventually powerpoint slides and course creation.

Audio/video editing skills.

SEO experience is a plus.

Articulate. Excellent copywriting, spelling and grammar skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, motivated and proactive.

Self-motivated, assertive personality who can operate effectively as an individual and as part of the team.

Creative thinker with a growth mindset.

Ability to listen, adapt and incorporate feedback.

Knowledge of emerging media trends.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective rapport with the team, even in remote working environments.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute social media strategy.

Generate, edit and publish consistent content on social media platforms.

Develop original concepts designed to meet our strategic objectives and brand standards.

Translate team ideas and objectives into creative and engaging content.

Create content messaging that aligns with our brand and image.

Capture photos and short videos; provide edits as needed.

Monitor tracking and reporting processes for marketing campaigns; report to the team with recommendations for improving.

Contribute to the design and build of annual social media and marketing plans. Management of this plan throughout the year.

Respond to social media inboxes.

Respond and engage with patients on social media and post comments and questions.

Assist in creating powerpoint slides as needed.

SOCIAL MEDIA EDITOR (1)

Outstanding understanding of social media platforms and comfort in repurposing content across all of those platforms. This social-media-savvy digital editor will create and manage quality digital content. The digital editor’s responsibilities will include overseeing and approving content layouts on all social media platforms.

Collaborate with teams on initiatives and work independently to produce new initiatives and execute on discussed projects

VIDEO EDITOR/ENGINEER (2)

We are looking to hire a talented and creative Video Editor to join our busy digital production team. As a video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the production director.

Responsibilities:

Video Editor will create compelling, engaging and relevant short and long form videos.

Identify captivating and gripping content, visuals, music and typography design for each assigned project

Organize assets to clearly communicate project objective

Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop

Setup and/or breakdown of lighting, audio, backgrounds and professional camera equipment as needed

Stay informed, dedicated and committed to industry trends and best practices to tell stories and engage viewers on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

LINE PRODUCER (2)

The Line Producer takes a key leadership role in the financial planning and execution of branded shows and content. They work with the Producer and Digital departments to create the budget and manage and control the budget with the production teams.

Responsibilities:

Pre-production

During the pre-production stage, the line producer creates logistic plans and documents and hires as necessary. Here's what that can include:

Creating production budget by breaking down individual costs

Creating the schedule

Recruiting crew

Arranging for services like catering and equipment rentals

Coordinating locations and studios

Setting up legal corporation for the film, including payroll and physical office

Getting insurance for the production

Production

During production, the line producer has a coordinating and communication role. Here's what that can include:

Managing schedule and locations and adjusting as needed

Communicating with crew, producers, assistant director and unit production manager

Overseeing production

Managing major rentals

Post-production

In post-production, the line producer continues to monitor budget and resources. That can include:

Tracking editing and effect progress against deadlines

Paying and managing budgets for editors and effects professionals

Negotiating with post-production supervisor

Delivery

During delivery, the line producer manages final payments and schedules. Here's what that can include:

Tracking distribution needs

Creating deliverables schedule

Making sure all departments get deliverables 

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (3)

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and capable in juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist managers and show production staff to prepare and create original, in-studio, episodic, and digital content.

Work directly with Production Managers to maintain and track production budgets.

Coordinate logistics for all shoots, initiatives and tentpoles, including but not limited to crew needs and bookings, securing locations, handling appearance and location releases, securing permits, setting up catering, props.

Generate various production documents, including Call Sheets.

Additional administrative duties as assigned.

COPYWRITER (1)

Copywriters are responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transforming ideas into words for articles, advertisements, publications, and digital content. Copywriters should know how to write for various mediums, such as print, web, radio and television. Copywriters will work with various departments to determine tone and brainstorm ideas.

Responsibilities:

Write copy for sponsors/clients’ ads, digital campaigns, TV spots, radio/podcasts, and other forms of advertising.

Create and present storyboards of ideas.

Write clear and persuasive copy for websites, ads, and other means of advertising.

Check copy for spelling and grammar errors.

Work with the digital departments to fully develop the advertising campaign.

Explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in tandem with the creative team.

Work with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies to complete the campaign.

 

SCRIPT WRITER (1) 

We are looking for a driven Ideas and Scripts Writer who is versatile in differing forms of content. This person is someone who can come up with creative ideas, write dialogue, create characters, and develop storylines that teach important lessons for all demographics. Looking for someone who can write both short and long form content.

Responsibilities:

Ideates creatively compelling campaign concepts that can work across multiple mediums.

Write everything from scripts to social, creative briefs to ideas in a voice that is on-brand, compelling, distinctive, and synergistic with art/graphics, as assigned.

Collaborate with team in a positive and productive manner

Provides Copywriters support and guidance as requested.

Gives well thought-out and practiced presentations meant to persuade that hit on key client insights and highlight the value that Rescue brings to the project.

SEGMENT PRODUCER/WRITER (2)

The Ideal candidate must be able to produce content to be presented on multiple platforms including on-air, streaming, online, and via social media. Candidates must be able produce well-paced segments. The duties of a segment producer include researching the topic of their segment, booking guests who will be participating in the segment, writing scripts, creating graphics, and building rundowns. Segments may be live, or pre-recorded.
